Cleary Gottlieb represented Brazilian miner Vale in the $2 billion offer of debentures that had been held by BNDES, Brazil’s state oil company Petrobras on its tender offers, Mexico on its $3.3 billion offer and Andean Telecom Partners’ $375 million offer; Shearman & Sterling advised on the $225 million IPO of Brazilian pharmaceutical company Blau and Holland & Knight advised on the $150 million offer from Colombia-based oil company GeoPark.
