Simpson Thacher advised on the $455 million IPO from Brazilian facilities company GPS and the $225 million IPO from Brazilian pharma company Blau; Skadden represented Brazilian consumer electronics retailer Allied Tecnologia on its $34 million IPO and Brazil-based corporate and trust service provider Vórtx in connection with a Series B funding led by FTV Capital.
