Winston & Strawn advised on $500 million syndicated loan to Chile-based Enel Américas; Haynes and Boone advised on a $150 million debtor-in-possession (DIP) loan to Chile-based LATAM Airlines; Milbank advised Mexarrend on $150 loan facility and White & Case advised a $140 million project financing facility for an open pit copper-gold mine and processing plant project in Alagoas, Brazil.
