Cleary Gottlieb represented Fresnillo plc (Fresnillo), the world’s largest silver producer and Mexico’s largest gold producer on its $850 million offer; Sullivan & Cromwell advised on $2.6 billion offers by Panama and $890 million by Mexico and DLA Piper represented Argentina’s Province of Mendoza on a debt exchange offer and consent solicitation relating to its US$590 million aggregate principal amount due 2024.
