Skadden represented Brazilian retailer Lojas Quero-Quero on its $355 million IPO; Cleary Gottlieb represented Telecom Argentina on its exchange offer and consent solicitation and concurrent new money offering; Shearman & Sterling represented the initial purchasers in a $200 million offer from The Central America Bottling Corporation; Davis Polk and White & Case advised on the $50 million offer from the Spanish company that operates the Colombian Ocensa pipeline; DLA Piper represented Mexican pharmaceutical company Genomma Lab on its $57 million debt securities and Davis Polk advised the offer from Chilean railway company EFE.
