Davis Polk is advising the $1.1 billion StoneCo-Linx deal in Brazil; Cleary Gottlieb represented Chile-based pulp and paper company CMPC on a $100 million credit facility; Hogan Lovells advised on a $50 million term loan agreement with Banco Davivienda in Colombia and Hunton Andrews Kurth advised Andean development bank CAF on a $200 million loan facility from BBVA.
