Allen & Overy advised the lenders on the $1.14 billion financing of LD Celulose S.A. to develop, construct and operate a dissolving wood pulp (DWP) plant in Minas Gerais, Brazil; DLA Piper represented Mexican fast food franchisee Alsea in the renegotiation and refinancing of debt before Mexican and international banks; Holland & Knight advised on two loans to the Mexican State of Chihuahua and Hunton Andrews Kurth advised on a secured loan facility to finance distributed generation solar projects in Mexico.
