Cleary Gottlieb represented the Federative Republic of Brazil on its $3.5 billion offer; Davis Polk advised on Brazilian retailer Via Varejos’ $860 million offer; Davis Polk and Milbank advised on the $500 million offer from Peruvian financial services company Credicorp; Greenberg Traurig represented Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 and ACI Airport in two exchange offers and consent solicitations and DLA Piper (Mexico) represented Panama-based Bladex in its $89 million debt issue.
