Harneys, Shearman, Wilson Sonsini advise Brazil, Caribbean, Mexico deals.

Holland & Knight represented Banco Santander on a $210 million loan to the operator of The Pyramid at Grand Oasis Cancún and Oasis Cancún Lite hotels in Quintana Roo, Mexico and Banco Multiva on two loans to the Mexican State of Sonora for $61 million; Hogan Lovells advised a $65.5 million IDB Invest for a new aluminum recycling plant to be located in the northeastern Mexico municipality of Cienega de Flores; Shearman & Sterling advised Abertis and Singapore-based GIC in their acquisition of a 70 percent stake in Mexican tollroad company RCO; Wilson Sonsini advised Brazil-based Petlove on its $48 million investment from SoftBank and Harneys advised CIHL on its acquisition of Normandy Limited.
