Law firms advise a total of $3.8 billion in Latin America offers.

US law firms have advised Latin America offers worth a combined $3.8 billion.
Cleary Gottlieb advised the Republic of Chile on two offers, Chile copper giant Codelco on $931 million in offers, Mexican petrochemical company Indesa on a $277 million offer and Argentine real estate company on a $58 million offer.
Meanwhile, Milbank advised Colombian energy company Grupo Energía Bogotá in connection with the $400 million offer and Baker & McKenzie and Shearman & Sterling advised on a private $90 million offer from Liberty Latin America and Shearman & Sterling advised on the $56 million initial public offering from Brazilian parking lot operator Estapar.
