Holland & Knight represented China’s ICBC on the syndicated $8 billion loan to Mexican oil company Pemex; Paul Hastings represented a syndicate of banks in a $529 million loan facility for Mexican media company Televisa; Shearman & Sterling advised subsidiaries of China-based Joyvio on financings to support its purchase of Chilean salmon producer Australis Seafoods and Cleary Gottlieb represented Argentine electricity company Central Puerto on a loan to fund the acquisition of a power plant and the lead arrangers and Scotiabank as an incremental lender in a loan facility for Peruvian food company Camposol.
