Greenberg Traurig advised Viakable on its NAFTA joint venture with Indiana-based Rea Magnet Wire Company; Shearman & Sterling advised China’s BoCom on closing its majority stake in Brazilian bank BBM and two Curtis partners were elected to key ICC committees on disputes resolution in Mexico.
