Cleary and Linklaters Advise Chile Offer

Simpson Thacher advises Fibra Prologis follow-on offer in Mexico.

Cleary Gottlieb and Linklaters advised the 1.75 trillion peso (US$2.2 billion) offer from the Republic of Chile, Simpson Thacher represented Mexican real estate investment trust FIBRA Prologis in connection with a primary follow-on offering which raised approximately 6 billion pesos (approximately US$332 million).
