Milbank Advises $1.3 Bn Peru Airport Funding

Cleary, Hunton AK, Shearman, White & Case advise Chile, Mexico, Peru loans.

Milbank advised a syndicate of lenders in connection with the $1.25 billion financing for infrastructure developments at the Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, Peru; White & Case advised Brazil-based CSN Mineração in connection with an export pre-payment financing facility, for an aggregate principal amount of up to $1.4 billion; Shearman & Sterling advised Volcan Compañía Minera in connection with the $975 million project financing of a multi-purpose port terminal of containers, solid, liquid, bulk and rolling cargo, as well as ancillary facilities being developed in Chancay, Peru; Hunton Andrews Kurth and Shearman advised the lenders on the financing of the Codelco desalination plant in Chile and Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexican state-owned electric company CFE as co-obligor in a $100 million bilateral credit facility by Bank of America.
