White & Case advised Braskem Idesa on the sale of its 50 percent interest in Terminal Química Puerto México (TQPM) to Netherlands-based liquid storage logistics company Advario; Paul Hastings advised leading Brazilian shoemaker Arezzo on its acquisition of 65 percent of Italian brand Paris Texas; Australian law firm Arnold Bloch Leibler advised Australia-based carsales.com’s purchase of Brazilian online automotive business Webmotors; Davis Polk advised Brazil-based agricultural inputs retailer Lavoro Agro Limited on its definitive business combination with TPB Acquisition Corporation I, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) sponsored by The Production Board and Willkie Farr and Gallagher advised Brazil-based financial services provider Apex Group on the successful closing of its acquisition of BRL Trust DTVM.
