Cleary Gottlieb Advises Mexico $4 Bln Bond


Holland & Knight, White & Case advises Argentina offers, Peru finance.

Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexico in two global bonds that raised a combined $4 billion; Holland & Knight advised Argentine water and waste company AySA on its $500 million exchange offer; White & Case advised Peru-based Salaverry Terminal Internacional (STI) on the refinancing of existing $114 million project financing for the Salaverry Multipurpose Port and Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexican state electricity company CFE in a $100 million credit facility to a CFE-sponsored special purpose trust for renewable energy projects in Mexico.
