Cleary Gottlieb and Skadden advised on the sale of 29.99% of Mexican airport operator OMA to French airport operator VINCI for $1.17 billion; Vinson & Elkins represented US-based Aligned Data Centers and its sponsor Macquarie Asset Management on its planned acquisition of Brazil-based data center service provider ODATA and Mexican law firm EC Rubio advised a private Arizona fund and some of its members in a $27 million partial divestiture of a real estate portfolio in the border of Sonora Mexico-Arizona, US.
