Cleary Gottlieb Advises Cemex, Davivienda Loans


Firm also advised on amendment of credit facility of Andean Telecom Partners.

Cleary Gottlieb represented the lenders in the €500 million (US$493 million) syndicated unsecured term loan of Mexican cement giant Cemex; Colombian bank Banco Davivienda, on a $160 million from Citibank, BofA Securities and Wells Fargo Bank and US-based Andean Telecom Partners (ATP) in the amendment and restatement of its existing revolving credit facility to, among other things, increase the size of the facility to $120 million.
