DLA Piper, Latham & Watkins, Shearman & Sterling advise Colombia, Mexico, Peru financing.

Shearman & Sterling advised on two loans to Mexican tortilla maker Gruma for a combined $225 million; Latham & Watkins represents Netherlands-based energy and commodity trading company Vitol and Colombia-based VGMobility in $95 million financing, while DLA Piper Peru advised Banco BTG Pactual in a syndicated corporate financing granted to hydroelectric power plant project for a total of up to $90 million.
