Hogan Lovells and Simpson Thacher advise Brazil, Mexico issues.

Paul Hastings and White & Case advised on the $176 million offer from Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra Monterrey; Hogan Lovells represented Brazilian reinsurer IRB-Brasil Resseguros and shopping mall company Iguatemi in connection with their equity offerings listed on the Brazilian Stock Exchange (B3) which raised a combined $370 million and Simpson Thacher represented Brazil-based Crescera Growth Capital in connection with its $56 million private investment in NASDAQ-listed Brazilian education company Vitru.
