Clifford Chance Advises Barranquilla Refinancing


White & Case advises Mexico financing, Haynes and Boone moves to new Mexico office.

Clifford Chance has advised Colombian costal city Barranquilla as borrower in a $100 million senior unsecured financing provided by Deutsche Bank, AG; White & Case has advised Xepelin Holdings, Inc. and its Mexican subsidiary, Operadora Falcon, on the structuring of an up to 825 million peso (US$41 million) asset-backed financing and  Dallas-based Haynes and Boone has moved its Mexico City office to Chapultepec Uno, a state-of-the-art building located on Paseo de la Reforma.
