Chile: Firms Advise Phoenix Tower $930 Mln Deal


Allen & Overy, Greenberg Traurig and Simpson Thacher advise Phoenix Tower-WOM deal in Chile.

Allen & Overy, Greenberg Traurig and Simpson Thacher  advise on Phoenix Tower International’s $930 million purchase of 3,800 telecommunications sites in Chile from WOM;  White & Case has advised on the $400 million joint venture between Mexican-Brazilian petrochemical company Braskem Idesa and Netherlands-based Advario B.V; Baker Botts advised on the closing of Liberty Latin America’s $200 million purchase of  Mexico-based America Movil’s Claro Panama; Hogan Lovells advised HID Global’s acquisition of Brazilian RFID hardware manufacturer ACURA and Davis Polk is advising Mexican flag carrier Aeroméxico on its merger with loyalty program operator PLM Premier.
