Davis Polk advised on the $2 billion debt restructuring and $1.5 billion remarketing of notes from Mexican state oil company Pemex; Cleary Gottlieb advised on the $1.84 billion debt restructuring of Brazilian oil services company Constellation Oil Services Holding and White & Case advised Chile-based Toesca Renovables on a non-recourse project financing for a portfolio of greenfield solar photovoltaic projects in Chile.
