Herbert Smith Freehills has advised the project company and sponsors on the $672 million multi-tranche project financing for the Puerto Antioquia port project in Colombia; Holland & Knight represented Chilean auto finance company Forum on a $167.5 million dual tranche senior unsecured syndicated loan and Foley & Lardner advised Brazilian IDtech startup unico on a $100 million series D financing and Brazilian startup Qulture.Rocks in its recent acquisition by UOL Edtech.
