Cleary Gottlieb advised on Chile's first sustainability-linked bonds which raised $2 billion; Davis Polk and Sherman & Sterling advised on Bolivia’s $850 million offer; Shearman & Sterling advised on the $110 million refinancing of energy projects in Nicaragua and Foley & Lardner represented the lead investors in the $8 million Series A-2 funding round for Brazilian grain trading marketplace Grão Direto.
