Davis Polk, Milbank advise $900 million Tigo Guatemala offer

Allen & Overy and Simposn Thacher advised tthe $1.0 billion equity follow-on offering by Brazilian meatpacker BRF – the biggest share offering this year, according to Bloomberg; Davis Polk and Milbank advised the $900 million offer by telecom carrier Tigo Guatemala; Davis Polk advised on two offers from US units of Brazilian meat producer JBS that raised a combined $1.5 billion; Paul Hastings advised the $158 million follow-on by Brazilian footwear company Arezzo and Hogan Lovells advised The Central America Bottling Corporation on its $1.1 billion offer.
