Foley & Lardner, White & Case advise Brazil, Dominican investments.

Paul Hastings represented US-based sustainable infrastructure company Generate Capital in its equity investment in Brazilian utility company Conasa Infraestructura; White & Case advised Dominican-based Sellagic Investments in its sale to France-based STOA of a 30 percent equity interest stake in a wind farm power plant in the Dominican Republic and Foley & Lardner represented Brazilian rural credit fintech TerraMagna in its $40 million debt and equity funding round led by SoftBank Latin America Fund and Shift Capital.
