Firms Advise on $2.6 Bln Brazil IPOs

US law firms advised on 12 Brazilian initial public offers that raised a combined $2.6 billion.
Davis Polk and Simpson Thacher advised the $361 million IPO of Brazilian consumer goods company Multilaser; Cleary Gottlieb advised on the $314 million offer from aluminium producer CBA; Skadden advised on the $220 million offer from digital provider of anti-fraud solutions Clear Sale; Shearman & Sterling and Skadden advised on the $200 million offer from XPAC Acquisition Corp, a US-based blank check company that will focus on Brazil; Hogan Lovells advised on the $158 million IPO of telecom company Unifique; Shearman & Sterling and Skadden advised on the $90 million IPO of Brazilian technology company Livetech da Bahia; Davis Polk advised on the $138 million offer from Traders Club and $74 million offer from agricultural retailer AgroGalaxy; Simpson Thacher advised on $415 million IPO of Brazilian e-commerce platform VTEX, $279 million offer from Internet service provider Brisanet, $157 million offer from Brazilian ISP Desktop and the $150 million IPO from Brazilian software company Zenvia.
