Latin America: M&As Jump 431%
While Brazilian M&As jump 565% during the first half of the year.

Brazil once again dominated mergers and acquisitions in Latin America, accounting for 9 of the top 10 announced deals in the first half of the year. The exception: The $4.8 billion merger of US-based Univision with the media assets of Mexico-based Televisa.
