Brazil: Hogan Lovells Advises Caixa IPO

Cleary Gottlieb, Davis Polk, Skadden advise Brazil IPOs.


Hogan Lovells has advised Caixa Seguridade’s $925 million initial public offering -- the second-largest out of Brazil and Latin America so far this year, according to Latinvex data; Skadden and Hogan Lovells advised on the $191 million IPO from Brazilian oil company PetroRecôncavo; Davis Polk advised Latin American-focused special purpose acquisition company Valor Latitude Acquisition Corp. on its $200 million IPO and Davis Polk and Cleary Gottlieb advised on the $162 million IPO by Brazilian e-commerce company Infracommerce.
