Shearman & Sterling Advises Honduras Offer


Hunton, White & Case, Skadden advise Latin America offers, loans.

Shearman & Sterling represented the initial purchasers on the $600 million offer from the Republic of Honduras; White & Case advised on a $253 million private placement for Atlas Renewable Energy for a solar project in Chile and the closing of Sempra’s Chile sale; while Hunton Andrews Kurth and Skadden advised on a $37.5 million unsecured loan facility to Salvadorean bank Banco Cuscatlán.
