Allen & Overy lawyer joins BLP, Garrigues expands in Colombia.

The longtime Global Co-Chair of the Energy and Natural Resource Practice at DLA Piper, has joined Covington & Burling; Baker McKenzie Latin America practice in Miami hires two attorneys from DLA Piper and Holland & Knight; Allen & Overy energy and infrastructure lawyer (a Latinvex Rising Star) joins BLP and Colombian infrastructure joins the Bogota office of Spanish law firm Garrigues.
