Cleary Gottlieb and Shearman & Sterling advised on two bond offers from Chile totaling $3.8 billion;  Clifford Chance and Shearman & Sterling advised on Brazil-based Itaú Unibanco Holding’s two offers totaling $1.5 billion and Shearman also advised on a $500 million offer from ENGIE Energía Chile and Cable and Wireless's $150 million offer.
