Cleary Gottlieb represented the Federative Republic of Brazil in two bond offers worth a combined $3 billion; Paul Hastings represented Mexico-based polyethylene producer Braskem Idesa on its $900 million international offering of senior secured notes; Shearman & Sterling advised the initial purchasers on the $3 billion bonds from the Republic of Peru and Holland & Knight represented Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra HD on two bonds that raised a combined $113 million.
