Cleary, Greenberg, Hogan Lovells advise on Chile, Peru and Central America financing.

Cleary Gottlieb represented Chile-based Automotores Gildemeister in a tender and exchange offer to restructure the company’s outstanding secured and unsecured debt securities and in the issuance of new notes.


Cleary also advised Goldman Sachs as lender, administrative agent, collateral agent, and sole lead arranger in a senior secured credit facility of $15 million with Peru-based E-Holding, while Greenberg Traurig and Hogan Lovells advised on the large-scale securitization by BAC International Bank (BIB), a subsidiary of Nicaragua-based BAC Credomatic.
