Firms Advise $1.8 Bln Latin America Offers
DLA Piper, Paul Hastings, Shearman advise Brazil, Colombia, Mexico offers.

Shearman & Sterling advised the dealer managers and solicitation agents on the $750 million offer by Brazil-based Cosan; Paul Hastings represented Colombian airport operator OPAIN on the private placement of $415 million of senior secured notes and DLA Piper advised Panama-based Latin America export finance bank Bladex on two Mexico offers worth a combined $650 million.
