Law Firms Advise on $1.9 Bln LatAm Offers
Cleary, Sherman, Simpson Thacher advise on Mexico, Peru offers.

Cleary Gottlieb and Simpson Thacher advised on Mexican state electricity company CFE’s $615 million Formosa bond.
Cleary also advised the initial purchasers and dealer managers in Chile-based airline LATAM's reopening and concurrent cash tender offer worth a combined $500 million and the $100 million US initial public offer of Mexico-based private oil company Vista Oil & Gas.
Shearman & Sterling and Simpson Thacher advised on the $469 million U.S. initial public offering of Peru-based Intercorp -- the first listing of a Peruvian company on the NYSE in the last six years.
Shearman also represented the initial purchasers on the $220 million offer from Cable & Wireless.
And DLA Piper advised Mexican pharma company Genomma Lab in obtaining authorization from the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) to register a revolving issued program.
