Cleary Gottlieb represented the administrative agent, joint bookrunner and joint lead arranger of Mexican paper company Bio Pappel’s $350 million loan facility; Jones Day advises lead arrangers of a $381 million credit facility to Mexico-based Abent 3T (a subsidiary of Spain's Abengoa) and Hogan Lovells advised on IDB Invest on a $25 million to Panama-based St. Georges Bank & Company. Meanwhile, Dentons combines with Larrain Rencoret Urzua in Chile.
