Curtis: Judicial Misconduct in Bolivia


Curtis client CIMSA asks US court to help in Bolivia arbitration case.

Curtis has asked the Federal District Court in Colorado to examine judicial misconduct in Bolivia.

The law firm represents Compañía de Inversiones Mercantiles S.A. (CIMSA), a Bolivian company controlled by prominent businessman Samuel Doria Medina, who is also an outspoken critic of Bolivian President Evo Morales and a leader of the opposition in Bolivia.
