Shearman & Sterling advises on Argentina’s $2.8 billion centennial bond.

Shearman & Sterling represented the initial purchasers on Argentina’s historic centennial bond; Jones Day represented the lenders of a syndicated credit facility for the Escondida mine in Chile and Ogier has provided Luxembourg advice to Echo Energy on its bond that raised funds for its business in Latin America.
