Hogan Lovells advises Pemex on its BHP deal to develop $14 billion Trion.

Hogan Lovells represented Mexican state oil producer Pemex on its agreement to develop the $14 billion Trion block with Australia-based BHP Billiton – the first exploration and production farm out project in association with a foreign company.
Meanwhile, Hogan Lovells also represented Colombia’s ISA on its stake purchase in Andean Tower Partners.
