Cleary advises on Arendal debt, Shearman advises on Petrobras, CBC.


Cleary Gottlieb and Shearman & Sterling advised on Argentina’s $7 billion bond. Cleary also advised on the Arendal debt, while Shearman also advised on Petrobras shelf takedown  and tender offer and the recent offer by the Central America Bottling Corporation (CBC).
