Davis Polk advised the representatives of the initial purchasers on Brazilian meat processing company JBS’ $2 billion senior notes offering and tender offer; Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexico-based telecom carrier América Móvil in a 550 million euro (US$535 million) tender offer; Cleary Gottlieb and Shearman & Sterling advised on innovative debt conversion for nature transaction by the Government of Barbados and Simpson Thacher represented Mexico-based Billpocket in connection with its sale to Ecuador-based Kushki.
