US insurers outgrew local and other foreign insurers in Latin America last year, according to a Latinvex analysis of data from LatinoInsurance.

While premiums in Latin America grew by 1.4 percent last year, this promises to be a tough year, according to LatinoInsurance CEO Juan-Fernando Serrano.
