U.S. law firms advise on Chaco, Chubut and Petrobras Argentina issues.

Cleary Gottlieb represented Argentine province of Chaco on its $250 million debt issue, while Milbank recently advised initial purchasers of the Argentine of province of Chubut's $650 million bond as well as a Petrobras Argentina bond and a loan facility to finance part of Pampa Energia’s acquisition of stake in Petrobras Argentina.
