Which countries have Latin America’s best technology level? Which have the worst?
The Latinvex Tech has the answer. It looks at seven different factors that measure a country’s technology level such as penetration levels of Internet (general and broadband), PC, wireless and fixed telephony and Internet bandwidth and overall availability of technology using data from the International Telecommunications Union and the World Economic Forum.
