The top international M&A advisors in Latin America last year.

International law firms advising mergers and acquisitions in Latin America last year faced a declining market, but there were still some major deals that garnered work.

Key deals such as US-based Global Infrastructure Partners’s acquisition of Latin America-focused Atlas Renewable Energy from UK-based Actis for an undisclosed amount and the sale of 29.99% of Mexican airport operator OMA to to French airport operator Vinci for $1.17 billion brought major business to law firms.
