Davis Polk Advises Nubank IPO

Cleary, Linklaters, Shearman advise Chile, Mexico offers.

Davis Polk advised Brazilian digital bank Nubank on its $2.6 billion global initial public offering (the largest in Latin America since 2018); Cleary Gottlieb advised on the $1 billion bond from Mexican state oil company Pemex; Linklaters and Shearman & Sterling have advised Chile on different offers that raised a combined $1.8 billion; Davis Polk advised the $172 million IPO of Latin America focused SPAC APx Acquisition Corp. I and secured full affirmance from the Second Circuit of a district court decision dismissing federal securities claims arising out of the $2 billion IPO of Brazilian fintech XP.
