DLA Piper advised Mexican fast food operator Alsea on its $129 million deal with Alia Capital Partners and Bain Capital Credit in Europe; Greenberg Traurig represented El Salvador-based Hugo Technologies on its sale to Germany-based Delivery Hero; Davis Polk advised Brazilian brokerage XP on two deals; Hogan Lovells advised Mexican agricultural producer and exporter Grupo Ganfer on its joint venture with US-based Nature Sweet; Nelson Mullins represented Brazil-based e-commerce firm Mandae Technologies in its sale to Brazil-based Nuvemshop; DLA Piper represented Colombia-based Masivian in its $50 million sale to UK-based Route Mobile and Harneys has advised Colombian softgel maker Procaps Group on its merger with Union Acquisition Corp. II.
