Latham & Watkins and Shearman & Sterling advised on the $350 million Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Electricidad Firme de México Holdings; Carey Olsen's corporate team in the Cayman Islands has advised Mexican online used car platform Kavak on its Series E funding round of $700 million; Simpson Thacher represented the placement agents on the $273 million follow-on by Brazilian software company Totvs and $800 million offer from Chilean telco Entel and Davis Polk advised Brazilian logistics company Rumo on its $500 million offer.
